Job Summary
Operate production equipment efficiently according to Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety requirements to meet daily labor and waste goals. Utilize the Digital Production System to track downtime, perform quality compliance documents, and communicate with support functions. Complete changeovers for assigned equipment, maintain a clean and sanitary workstation, and accurately complete all quality, traceability, and production paperwork. Report any product deficiencies, injuries, or unsafe conditions immediately to the supervisor while following all safety procedures and emergency action plans. Work M-Th 6am-6pm & F 6am-4:30pm at Reily Foods Company, producing iconic foods like New England Coffee and Blue Plate Mayonnaise.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of machine operating/production experience preferred
- Technical skills include the ability to start and stop equipment, complete a changeover, and operate one piece of equipment
- Interpersonal skills include good verbal and written communication, good time management skills and the ability to follow rules and directions
- Leadership skills include a positive attitude, being a team player and self-leadership
