Job Summary
Operate production equipment efficiently according to Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety requirements while tracking downtime in the Digital Production System. Complete changeovers for assigned lines, perform minor equipment adjustments, and accurately complete all quality and traceability paperwork. Report product deficiencies, safety concerns, or injuries immediately to the supervisor and maintain a clean, sanitary workstation. Follow all safety procedures, emergency action plans, and daily specifications to ensure food-safe products meet regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of machine operating/production experience preferred
- Technical skills include the ability to start and stop equipment, complete a changeover, and operate one piece of equipment
- Interpersonal skills include good verbal and written communication, good time management skills and the ability to follow rules and directions
- Leadership skills include a positive attitude, being a team player and self-leadership
