Line Operator - First shift

Job Summary
Operate under close supervision to scan, sub-assemble automotive components, and place parts into tubs per customer requirements. Utilize small powered hand tools for light assembly, perform general audits, counts, builds, repacks, and tag parts. Report issues, damage, or shortages to the team lead, quality technician, or supervisor while maintaining a safe, clean workstation. Scan and count material and parts accurately, complying with all work instructions and company policies. Second shift hours are 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM plus mandatory overtime. Weekly perfect attendance bonus and benefits day 1.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read, listen, understand, and follow directions and work instructions
- Ability to count accurately
- Ability and flexibility to work in a variety of roles
- Ability to work with others in a team environment
- Ability to work full time with extra hours & weekends as required
- Must have the ability to use scanning equipment and inventory software
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Must have a high level of motivation and attention to detail
- Must be detail oriented
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
