Line Operator - 3rd Shift

Job Summary
Line operator sets up, runs, maintains and monitors the manufacturing line to meet production goals and quality control measures at Revlon’s Oxford, NC facility. Responsibilities include preparing machines and production areas, operating and adjusting machinery, performing maintenance checks, reporting malfunctions, ensuring safety and GMP compliance, maintaining production records, conducting in-process quality checks, creating barcode labels, performing sample collections, equipment inspections, and assisting with training of new employees. Requires ability to work on a 3rd shift, stand for long periods, lift heavy loads, and operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role; candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Base pay is position-dependent and may include incentives; provides benefits and paid time off.

- Basic knowledge of hand tool usage

- Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours a day
- Able to climb a ladder and/or steps
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs
- Able to push and pull objects weighing up to 50 lbs
