Job Summary
Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and production lines to ensure smooth and efficient operation. Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines at all times. Inspect products for quality and report any defects or issues to supervisors. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. Assist in setup and changeover of production equipment as needed. Record production data accurately and complete required documentation. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Available Monday through Thursday, 3:30pm-1:30am, with overtime as required.
Required Qualifications
- Available to work a schedule of Monday through Thursday, 3:30pm-1:30am, overtime as required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn equipment operation
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety protocols
Desired Qualifications
- Prior manufacturing or production experience
