Line Mechanic Operator (Days) in Charlotte, NC, about 5:45am-6:15am shift, $26/hour. Responsible for leading line setup/changeovers, assisting in running packaging machines, monitoring weights, communicating production goals, maintaining GMP/PPE/safety compliance, and assisting in maintenance tasks. Requires mechanical ability, attention to detail, and ability to train/lead team members; prior mechanical/production experience and ability to obtain Lockout/Tagout certification. Includes overtime and opportunities for growth within a food-manufacturing environment handling multiple brands.
Required Qualifications
