Line Manager, Site Contracts Management- FSP

Job Summary
Lead and manage Precision's FSP Site Contracts team, oversee contract negotiations and execution of site-level agreements (confidentiality, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, and amendments), coordinate with FSP Business Development and stakeholders, allocate resources and forecast future FSP work, report on contract metrics, ensure compliance with company and sponsor policies, and represent the organization in internal/external client meetings; role supports remote work in Poland (#LI-Remote) and involves collaboration with Legal, Finance, and supervisor teams to drive timely contract deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience ideally in a scientific or healthcare discipline
- At least 6 years experience in Site Contracts departments in Clinical Research Organizations (CRO) and FSP as a service deliver model
- Experience in people management
