Line Manager, Site Contracts Management- FSP

Line Manager for the FSP Site Contracts team responsible for contract management across the FSP portfolio. Oversees the FSP contract management team, coordinates site contracting activities, and partners with Business Development to support FSP growth. Acts as single point of contact for FSP clients and stakeholders, allocates resources for new business, and monitors contract metrics. Responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various agreements including confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, ancillary agreements, and amendment agreements; oversees execution at the FSP portfolio level; identifies process improvements and implements policies to ensure timely contract execution. Represents the organization as a Subject Matter Expert in internal and external meetings, including client meetings. Requires a 4-year college degree (or equivalent) and at least 6 years of site contracts experience in CRO/FSP environments, plus prior people management experience.
