Manage production lines and drive results by solving on-line problems and reducing waste through lean manufacturing tools. Lead team safety, support employee development, and maintain open communication to motivate all members. Operate the line as a personal business, advancing processes and systems while tracking outcomes and proposing improvements. Lead the team in a diverse environment where support and trust define leadership.

- Experience on a similar position in a manufacturing plant
- Ability to lead and manage a team

- Ability to reduce losses using lean manufacturing tools
- Ability to ensure safety of all on the line

- Ability to come up with ideas for solutions/improvements
- Ability to work with colleagues worldwide
- English language proficiency
