Job Summary
Troubleshoot line equipment, perform machine repairs, and set up and adjust production lines to meet customer specifications. Start up, shut down, and maintain all equipment while ensuring proper lubrication and completing required checklists and reports. Operate a forklift, keep work areas clean, and participate in plant team improvement programs. Provide break relief as directed and perform necessary machine adjustments to ensure production meets specifications. HS graduation required with a minimum of 2 years as a Blow Mold Technician; able to lift up to 50 lbs. Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required. Required Qualifications
- HS graduation
- Minimum of 2 years as a Blow Mold Technician
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to operate a forklift
- Reasonable mandatory overtime
- Ability to start up, shut down and trouble shoot all line equipment
- Perform machine repairs and overhauls
- Set up and adjust line equipment
- Perform necessary machine adjustments
- Ensure proper lubrication of all equipment
