Line Loader

Line Loader in the Paint Department loads products onto the sanding line, maintains spacing between parts, communicates spacing and staple issues to the Lead Person/Supervisor, assists coworkers, and adheres to safety guidelines and work procedures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Requires ability to hang products efficiently, understand colors and wood species, loading knowledge, and a willingness to learn new productivity methods. Reports to Sanding Supervisor; primarily works in a manufacturing environment with potential evenings and weekends.
