Job Summary
Pickup saddles from the moving belt and hang them and leg quarters on shackles manually, maintaining fullness and line speed. Participate in team meetings and coordinate work to ensure best practices, fostering cohesiveness on direction, annual plans, and policy changes. Identify areas lacking synergy and work with the team leader to resolve issues and reinforce necessary actions. Maintain familiarity with company operating systems, including quality, security, and office policies, while communicating improvement ideas. Perform duties in a wet, loud environment involving constant standing, light lifting, and repetitive motion, wearing required PPE such as earplugs, gloves, and a face mask.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift up to 7 pounds

- Must be able to perform simple and power grasping of the hands
- Must be able to perform fine manipulation/feeling with the hands

- Must be able to work inside line work around loud equipment/machines
- Must be able to walk around drains, footbaths, hoses
- Must be able to work in a wet environment
- Must be able to work in an environment with occasional dust
- Must be able to wear earplugs
- Must be able to wear gloves
- Must be able to wear a hairnet/beardnet
- Must be able to wear sanitizeable footwear
- Must be able to wear an apron
- Must be able to wear a face mask
- Must be able to hang saddles and leg quarters on shackles manually by hand

- Must be able to hang at a speed of the production line
- Must be able to participate as a member of the Team
