Job Summary
Line Leaders to guide daily operations on the 1st and 2nd shifts at Whiteland, IN. Lead with visibility on the floor, coach and mentor temporary associates, deliver orientation/training and performance reviews, and support conflict resolution and safe, efficient processes. Drive process-improvement initiatives, collaborate with regional sites on safety and best practices, plan staffing and workload, and participate in recruiting and HR-related activities. Maintain clear communications, ensure tools and resources are available, and help minimize unplanned overtime while keeping shift operations running smoothly.
