Job Summary
Line Leader with 3–5 years in process engineering or team leadership to drive SQCDP targets on the shop floor. Lead day-to-day line operations, coach teams, implement continuous improvement and root-cause corrective actions, maintain housekeeping, ensure effective handovers, and act as a bridge between production, maintenance, technology, and product development. Requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a track record of performance improvement; spend ~70% of time on the shop floor and foster cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years’ experience as a Process Engineer, Team Leader, or similar operational role.
- Experience managing or coaching teams is desirable.
- Strong track record in driving performance improvements through Continuous Improvement methods.
- Solid technical and process understanding with a hands‐on leadership style.
- Confident communicator with strong people skills and a passion for motivating teams.
- Comfortable leading change and championing best practice in a fast‐paced manufacturing environment.
