Lead manufacturing line teams to achieve safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale targets by breaking down targets into line and unit goals and ensuring employees understand their individual performance objectives. Manage budgets, governance, and compliance, drive loss elimination and workforce planning including recruitment, retention, and succession planning, and identify high-potential team members. Apply autonomous maintenance (AM) and PM steps, maintain equipment to basic conditions, drive total productive maintenance and Six Sigma with AM/PM qualifications, and navigate a union environment while influencing and communicating effectively to deliver results.
