Job Summary
Coordinate line activities to ensure efficient and uninterrupted production by preparing documentation, managing format changeovers, and performing quality checks. Intervene quickly when problems occur to make adjustments or call resources, while accompanying and training day labourers to support their development. Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment through audits and effective communication with the supervisor regarding operational needs. This role requires a high school diploma, one year of manufacturing experience, and bilingual French/English skills. The position offers hourly pay, comprehensive insurance, an RRSP contribution, and access to a bonus program.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent experience
- At least one year of experience in a manufacturing environment
- A good understanding of production operations and quality standards
- An ability to read and understand technical documents
- Good communication in French and English
- Basic knowledge of mechanics
