Job Summary
Line Leader responsible for managing production lines in a food manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include overseeing line performance (machinery and labour), minimizing downtime, ensuring production deadlines are met, supervising Production Operatives with task rotation, maintaining high hygiene and H&S standards, ensuring compliance with food safety legislation and HACCP, performing checks and documentation, recording KPIs (efficiency, plan attainment, downtime), ensuring CCPs are correctly manned, and supporting cross-functional work in other factory areas. Strong communication, ability to follow instructions, and a proactive, methodical, team-oriented approach are required.
Required Qualifications
