Job Summary

Lead the Line Trio and Line Team to deliver safety, quality, cost, and production objectives by developing annual and 90-day action plans. Ensure adequate staffing, drive accountability through Danone Integrated Work Systems, and implement safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices. Provide training on Daily Management Systems, coach employees, and deliver performance appraisals while representing the Business Unit Manager as needed. Collaborate with Process Engineers and Maintenance Leaders to standardize equipment, eliminate process losses, and prioritize improvement opportunities. Lead the Daily Direction Setting process and spend 60-80% of time on the floor to demonstrate technical expertise. Work 12-hour shifts in a manufacturing environment supporting 24/7 operations, ensuring adherence to all plant standards and regulations.

Required Qualifications

High School/GED
Ability to adjust schedule to support 24/7 Manufacturing Operation, may include working overtime, graveyard shift and/or weekends as needed
Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required
Ability to respond to audible and visual alarms
Ability to communicate verbally and in written form
