Job Summary
Line Leader for 1st shift directs manufacturing staff in a packaging area to meet daily production schedules, ensures product quality, safety and GMP compliance, trains peers, handles line/area changeovers, manages batch records and documentation, monitors performance metrics, and collaborates with supervisors to implement process improvements and resolve deviations or investigations.
Required Qualifications
- Preferred / REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Preferred 4-year BS, BA or BT degree in a technical discipline or 2-year associate’s degree with 3 to 5 years pharmaceutical packaging experience or an equivalent training and/or experience. Experience in inspection of pharmaceutical or related industry is required.
