Line Lead

Line Lead on the production floor coordinates daily packing line activities and workflow, supports and guides Meat Packers and packing team members, ensures packaging accuracy, labeling and product quality, monitors production pace and communicates needs to the Packing Supervisor, oversees training of new employees in the packing department, maintains clean and organized work areas, follows food safety, GMP, HACCP and sanitation procedures, and promotes safe work practices on the production line. Ideal candidates have manufacturing or packaging experience and may have leadership or team coordination experience; strong attention to detail and organization; clear communication with team members; dependability and a team-oriented mindset.
