Line Lead

Direct, coach, and cross-train team members to meet safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency metrics. Clean, sanitize, set up, and shut down filler equipment while performing routine weight checks, maintenance, troubleshooting, and 6S cleanup. Verify start-up checklists, monitor filling accuracy, track downtime, and ensure safety procedures are followed. Oversee the pump/cap table team, manage line consumables/spares, and complete required production and setup documentation. Lead line assemblers to produce high-quality products safely, on schedule, and cost-effectively. Work the 3rd shift from 11pm to 7am.
