Job Summary
Lead Production Line Staff and ensure positive production results by working with other departments. Perform hourly product inspections based on job complexity, reconcile job rates for accuracy, and operate all relevant WMS computer functions. Train line workers on production aspects, maintain a safe environment, and ensure company procedures are followed. Requires high school diploma, three to six months of warehouse production experience, and ability to lift up to 25 lbs in a production setting.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Three to six months related experience or training in warehouse production
- Ability to understand all aspects of the WMS system
- Ability to understand quality standards, methods and reporting as required
- Ability to plan in advance for production in your area
- Ability to interpret instructions both oral and written
- Ability to produce at a high level through your staff
- Ability to work with plant management for required results
- Ability to process information and merchandise through computer system
- Frequent lifting up to 25 lbs
