Job Summary
Line Lead Manufacturing in Breda, Netherlands, coordinating daily manufacturing operations on the shop floor, including staffing, materials, equipment, and production priorities. Lead shift handovers and team meetings, provide task allocation, guidance, and coaching, and foster teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Support investigations and collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and cross-functional teams. Develop technical expertise on equipment and processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, safety, and team performance. Prepare the manufacturing organization for future growth and operational challenges; role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and problem solving in a regulated biopharmaceutical environment.
Required Qualifications
- MBO or HBO degree in a technical or industrial field (e.g. VAPRO B/C, MLO, MTS, Post-HBO certification)
- Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated leadership potential and the ability to influence and motivate others
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and structured problem solving
- Willingness and ability to work in a 2-shift or 3-shift schedule
- Strong English communication skills; Dutch is considered an advantage
