Job Summary
Lead a team of Production Associates to produce and assemble quality personal care products while performing assigned tasks in accordance with established safety policies and Standard Operating Procedures. Maintain good housekeeping and Good Manufacturing Practices in assigned work areas, ensuring all materials are accounted for and safety guards remain in place. Complete necessary paperwork and logbooks, verify work meets specifications, and ensure all associates comply with regulations. Schedule is full-time with regular on-site attendance. Bilingual (Spanish & English) preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be a team player
- Leadership skills
- Basic math skills
- Previous production and or manufacturing experience
- Regularly sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to sit, balance, climb, stand, bend, squat, squeeze, kneel, turn, crouch, stoop repeatedly
- Physically able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to discern differences in colors and shades
- Must be able to read labels that could contain small fonts
