Job Summary
Line Lead on the 2nd shift in a food-production environment responsible for maintaining a safe, efficient production floor, coaching staff, and ensuring GMP/Safety compliance. Leads changeovers, monitors production schedule adherence, conducts root-cause analyses, and drives continuous improvement initiatives. Requires strong leadership, English communication, mechanical aptitude, problem-solving, and knowledge of lean manufacturing principles. Includes responsibilities such as safety inspections, documentation, training, and coordinating with supervisors to achieve daily targets.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Two years experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably a food environment
