Job Summary
Line Lead for 2nd shift in a manufacturing environment, overseeing multiple cells of assemblers, machine operators, or fabricators; lead production crews to work cohesively across lines; participate in floor and quality meetings; drive improvements in engagement, processes, equipment performance, product quality, and efficiency; coordinate workflow with managers, quality, warehouse, and other teams; ensure safety, policy compliance, accurate labeling, and proper material routing; forklift-certified leadership with strong communication and mechanical aptitude.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of manufacturing experience required.
- 1+ year of leadership or Line Lead experience preferred.
- Must understand and follow forklift safety procedures and be able to obtain forklift certification through a company-provided test.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of all machines and tools on the assigned line, with strong mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to lead others in a professional and effective manner.
- Ability to learn and use internal software systems.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
