Job Summary
Prioritize and create TOs for efficient customer order picking while utilizing WMS management consoles for order processing and monitoring. Operate material handling equipment and shipping computers to accurately pick, pack, and ship complex deliveries, including domestic and international shipments. Execute physical inventory counts, coordinate work assignments, and manage transport arrangements with carriers. Monitor shipping supplies and ensure all special customer instructions are followed. Serve as a role model to the team and provide staff assessment input between the Line Leader and Group Leader.
Required Qualifications
- High School education or equivalent
- Speak, read and write English
- 2 + years Pick, Pack and Shipping experience required
- International shipping required
- Ability to use computers and other electronic interface equipment (i.e. scan guns, printers)
- Average manual dexterity (Hand to eye coordination)
- Must be able to lift up to 44 lbs. (20kg)
- Must be able to pass background and Drug Test
Desired Qualifications
- Certification on all material handling equipment
- Complete knowledge of Picker/Packer and all processes within one additional department
