Job Summary
Line Lead for the Framing Department on 1st Shift (M-F, 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.). Provides leadership and coaching to operators, executes changeovers, ensures safety and quality compliance, monitors hour-by-hour line operation, manages Work in Process, trains new and existing operators, and drives process improvements to maximize uptime and meet daily schedules. Responsible for safety procedures, PPE adherence, downtime response, and maintaining audits. Requires ability to understand work orders, follow procedures, lift up to 50 pounds, stand for 8 hours, and work OT as needed.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED and 6 to 12 months of related experience or training
- Ability to understand work orders, follow procedures, and stay on task
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for an 8-hour shift
