Assist the management team in providing excellent food quality and presentation to guests. Receive food and packaging orders, open and close the kitchen, expedite, and assemble take-out orders. Maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of all food-related work areas and equipment. This entry-level leadership development role supports the team at Urban Plates, a fast-casual chain serving scratch-made, wholesome meals across California.
