Job Summary
Entry-level leadership development role for Jr. Sous at Urban Plates. Responsible for assisting the Management team to ensure excellent food quality and presentation for guests, receiving and packaging orders, opening/closing the kitchen, expediting, and assembling take-out orders, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all food-related work areas and equipment.
