Job Summary
Execute linehaul planning and coordinate operations based on demand forecasts to optimize delivery network efficiency and reduce costs. Analyze route, capacity, and cost data to identify optimization opportunities and manage trade-offs in complex scenarios. Develop and refine dashboards and analytical tools to enhance decision-making accuracy. Collaborate closely with logistics and operational teams to ensure seamless implementation of transport strategies. Leverage predictive modeling and data analysis to support scenario planning for peak periods and network adjustments.
Required Qualifications
- 3年以上運輸規劃、運力規劃、或營運規劃相關經驗
- 具備數據分析與建立規劃模型的實務經驗
- 具備良好邏輯與數據導向思維，能獨立進行問題分析與解決
- 細心且具備多工處理能力，能同時管理多項規劃任務
- 熟悉 Excel(進階功能)或 Google Sheets
- 具備 SQL、Python 或資料視覺化工具 (如 Tableau) 使用經驗
Desired Qualifications
- 工業工程、物流、供應鏈管理、商管相關科系背景
- 具備中段運輸 (Middle Mile) 或幹線運輸 (Linehaul) 經驗
- 曾參與高運量、時效要求高的營運環境 (如電商、物流)
- 具備基本英文溝通能力
