Job Summary
Line/Grill Cook at Cotton Patch Cafe responsible for owning your grill/fryer station, executing items to temp/spec, and maintaining a clean, safe, high-energy work area. Roles include setting up/breaking down your station, communicating with expo/front-of-house/kitchen, following food safety/sanitation standards, assisting with prep and cross-station coverage, and thriving in a fast-paced service. Must have 2+ years of line/grill cook experience in a restaurant, grill/fryer station expertise, strong knife skills, ability to work efficiently under pressure, and stand for extended periods with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Food handler certification is required. Location is Temple, TX (on-site) with full-time and part-time options; Cotton Patch Cafe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
