Job Summary
Line/Grill Cook at Cotton Patch Cafe responsible for executing all grill and fryer items to temperature and spec, setting up and breaking down stations, communicating with expo/front-of-house/kitchen teams, and maintaining food safety standards in a fast-paced Texas kitchen. Will assist with prep and cross-station coverage as needed; growth opportunities and flexible scheduling (full-time and part-time).
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of line/grill cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Proven grill/fryer station experience; confidence cooking proteins to temp
- Strong knife skills and working knowledge of line cooking techniques
- Food handler certification required
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
