Job Summary
Line/Grill Cook at Cotton Patch Cafe responsible for executing grill and fryer items to temperature and spec, setting up/breaking down station, coordinating with expo/front-of-house, and upholding food safety standards. Must assist with prep tasks and maintain cross-station coverage as needed. Requires 2+ years of line/grill cook experience, grill/fryer station expertise, strong knife skills, ability to work efficiently under high-volume service, and a food handler certification; able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Flexible scheduling available (full-time and part-time).
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of line/grill cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Proven grill/fryer station experience; confidence cooking proteins to temp
- Strong knife skills and working knowledge of line cooking techniques
- Ability to work efficiently and stay composed during high-volume service
- Food handler certification required
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
