Job Summary
Line/Grill Cook who can own their station, execute grill and fryer items to temperature and spec, set up/break down station, communicate with expo and kitchen, and follow all safety standards. Requires 2+ years of line/grill experience in a fast-paced restaurant, grill/fryer station proficiency, strong knife skills, ability to work efficiently during high-volume service, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Flexible scheduling available with both full-time and part-time opportunities; includes paid training and advancement opportunities.
