Job Summary
Own your grill/fryer station: execute all grill and fryer items to temperature and specification, set up/maintain/break down your station each shift, communicate with expo and kitchen, uphold food safety standards, and assist with prep and cross-station coverage. Requires 2+ years of line/grill experience, grill/fryer proficiency, knife skills, ability to work under high-volume pressure, and a food handler certification. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of line/grill cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Proven grill/fryer station experience; confidence cooking proteins to temp
- Strong knife skills and working knowledge of line cooking techniques
- Ability to work efficiently and stay composed during high-volume service
- Food handler certification required
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
