Job Summary
Line/Grill Cook role responsible for executing all grill and fryer items to temperature and spec, setting up and breaking down station each shift, coordinating with expo/front-of-house and kitchen, and maintaining food safety standards. Cross-train and assist with prep tasks as needed to support high-volume service. Requires 2+ years of line/grill cook experience, proven grill/fryer station skills, knife proficiency, ability to stay composed under pressure, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Food handler certification is required. Located in Round Rock, TX with flexible full-time or part-time scheduling options.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of line/grill cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Proven grill/fryer station experience; confidence cooking proteins to temp
- Strong knife skills and working knowledge of line cooking techniques
- Food handler certification required
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
