Job Summary
Cotton Patch Cafe seeks a Line/Grill Cook for full-time or part-time shifts to manage grill and fryer stations, maintain station setup/breakdown, ensure food safety, communicate with expo and kitchen team, and assist with prep; requires 2+ years line/grill experience, grill/fryer station proficiency, knife skills, ability to work high-volume, stand and lift up to 50 lbs, food handler certification.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of line/grill cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Proven grill/fryer station experience; confidence cooking proteins to temp
- Strong knife skills and working knowledge of line cooking techniques
- Food handler certification required
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
