Job Summary
Experienced Line/Grill Cook needed to own a grill/fryer station at Cotton Patch Cafe. Execute all grill and fryer items to temperature and specs, set up and break down your station, communicate with expo/front-of-house/kitchen, and uphold food safety and sanitation standards. Requires 2+ years of line/grill cook experience, proven grill/fryer station proficiency, strong knife skills, ability to work efficiently under high-volume service, and a Food Handler certification. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Flexible scheduling available with both full-time and part-time options; growth opportunities and benefits offered.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of line/grill cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Proven grill/fryer station experience; confidence cooking proteins to temp
- Strong knife skills and working knowledge of line cooking techniques
- Food handler certification required
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
