Job Summary
Line/Grill Cook at Cotton Patch Cafe responsible for executing grill and fryer items to temperature and spec, setting up and breaking down station each shift, communicating with expo/front-of-house/kitchen team, and maintaining food safety standards. Requires 2+ years of line/grill experience, grill/fryer proficiency, strong knife skills, ability to work under high-volume pressure, and a food handler certification. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of line/grill cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Proven grill/fryer station experience; confidence cooking proteins to temp
- Strong knife skills and working knowledge of line cooking techniques
- Food handler certification
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
