Job Summary
Line/Grill Cook at Cotton Patch Cafe with opportunities for both full-time and part-time schedules. Own and maintain your grill/fryer station, execute items to temperature and spec, set up/break down your station, and coordinate with expo and kitchen staff. Must follow food safety standards, assist with prep and cross-station coverage, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Requires 2+ years of line/grill experience, grill/fryer station proficiency, knife skills, and a food handler certification; ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of line/grill cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Proven grill/fryer station experience; confidence cooking proteins to temp
- Strong knife skills and working knowledge of line cooking techniques
- Food handler certification required
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
