Experienced Line/Grill Cook needed to own a grill/fryer station, cook to temperature and spec, maintain station, communicate with expo/front-of-house and kitchen team, follow food safety standards, and assist with prep and cross-station coverage in a fast-paced Texas restaurant.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of line/grill cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Proven grill/fryer station experience; confidence cooking proteins to temp
- Strong knife skills and working knowledge of line cooking techniques
- Food handler certification required
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
