Job Summary
Line/Grill Cook executes grill and fryer items to temperature and spec, sets up and maintains station each shift, communicates with expo and kitchen, follows food safety and sanitation standards, and assists with prep and cross-station coverage. Flexible scheduling includes full-time and part-time; must thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment and demonstrate strong knife skills, station setup, and the ability to work efficiently under high-volume service.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of line/grill cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Proven grill/fryer station experience; confidence cooking proteins to temp
- Food handler certification required
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong knife skills and working knowledge of line cooking techniques
- Ability to work efficiently and stay composed during high-volume service
