Job Summary
Line/Grill Cook role at Cotton Patch Cafe: execute grill and fryer items to temperature and spec, set up/maintain/break down your station, communicate with expo and kitchen team, follow food safety/sanitation standards, and assist with prep and cross-station coverage. Requires 2+ years of line/grill experience in a fast-paced restaurant, grill/fryer station proficiency, strong knife skills, ability to work efficiently under high-volume service, and a food handler certification. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Flexible scheduling available (full-time or part-time), with competitive pay and growth opportunities.
