Job Summary
Line/Grill Cook at Cotton Patch Cafe responsible for executing all grill and fryer items to temperature and spec, setting up and breaking down your station per shift, and communicating with expo and kitchen teams to maintain quality and safety.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of line/grill cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Proven grill/fryer station experience; confidence cooking proteins to temp
- Strong knife skills and working knowledge of line cooking techniques
- Ability to work efficiently and stay composed during high-volume service
- Food handler certification required
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
