Job Summary
Line/Grill Cook responsible for executing grill and fryer items to temperature and spec, setting up, maintaining, and breaking down your station for every shift, and communicating clearly with expo, front-of-house, and kitchen teams. Must follow all food safety, temperature, and sanitation standards, assist with prep tasks, and provide cross-station coverage as needed. Seeking candidates with 2+ years of line/grill cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, proven grill/fryer station experience, strong knife skills, ability to handle high-volume service, and a valid food handler certification.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of line/grill cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Proven grill/fryer station experience; confidence cooking proteins to temp
- Strong knife skills and working knowledge of line cooking techniques
- Ability to work efficiently and stay composed during high-volume service
- Food handler certification required
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
