Line/Grill Cook

Job Summary
Line/Grill Cook must own their station and execute grill and fryer items to temperature, set up/break down their station for each shift, communicate clearly with expo and kitchen teams, follow all food safety and sanitation standards, and assist with prep tasks and cross-station coverage as needed. Experience requirements include 2+ years in a fast-paced restaurant, proven grill/fryer station experience, strong knife skills, ability to work efficiently under high-volume service, and a valid food handler certification. The role offers flexible scheduling (full-time and part-time) and is based in Wichita Falls, TX.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of line/grill cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Proven grill/fryer station experience; confidence cooking proteins to temp
- Strong knife skills and working knowledge of line cooking techniques
- Food handler certification required
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
