Job Summary
Experienced Line/Grill Cook responsible for executing grill and fryer items to temperature and spec, setting up, maintaining, and breaking down your station for every shift, communicating clearly with expo/front-of-house/kitchen team, and following all food safety standards. Includes helping with prep tasks and cross-station coverage as needed; requires 2+ years of line/grill cook experience, grill/fryer station proficiency, knife skills, ability to work in a high-volume environment, and a food handler certification. Opportunities include flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time), paid training, and advancement.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of line/grill cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Proven grill/fryer station experience; confidence cooking proteins to temp
- Strong knife skills and working knowledge of line cooking techniques
- Food handler certification required
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
