Job Summary
Line/Grill Cook responsible for executing grill and fryer items to temperature and spec, setting up and breaking down station each shift, communicating with expo and kitchen, and upholding food safety and sanitation standards. Requires 2+ years of line/grill cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant, grill/fryer station expertise, strong knife skills, ability to work efficiently during high-volume service, food handler certification, and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Flexible scheduling available with full-time and part-time options; opportunities for training and advancement.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of line/grill cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Proven grill/fryer station experience; confidence cooking proteins to temp
- Strong knife skills and working knowledge of line cooking techniques
- Food handler certification required
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
