Job Summary
Line/Grill Cook executes all grill and fryer items to temperature and spec, sets up/maintains/breaks down station each shift, communicates with expo and kitchen, follows food safety/sanitation standards, and assists with prep and cross-station coverage. Requires 2+ years of line/grill cook experience, grill/fryer proficiency, strong knife skills, ability to work under high volume, and a Food Handler certification. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of line/grill cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Proven grill/fryer station experience; confidence cooking proteins to temp
- Strong knife skills and working knowledge of line cooking techniques
- Ability to work efficiently and stay composed during high-volume service
- Food handler certification required
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
